Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks.

 

Generally, shipments are processed during normal business days and hours. When our company experiences a high volume of orders, there may be delays in shipment and we will communicate this to you as soon as possible to let you know when to expect your item.  

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Brown Badass Bonita is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

 Brown Badass Bonita is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
